The resort was recently purchased by Tim and Bridget Rutledge. After growing up visiting Fox Springs as a child, Bridget brought Tim and their children back to start creating new memories in 2006. Once the resort was listed for sale, they knew they wanted to keep those memories alive and ensure that others had the opportunity to create memories for years to come.
